This small but very exclusive house is situated at the lake and is open all year. Water ski school and tennis facilities can be reached within a 2 minute walk and the Moosburg Golf Club is within 7 minutes by car. Downhill skiing or paragliding is also available just 35 minutes away on the Gerlitze. Additional Information; Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 4-7 receive a 50pct reduction. Children age 7-10 receive a 35pct reduction. Children age 10-14 receive a 5pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
